We do our best to deliver high quality and ensure that we run on time. However, if we have been delayed or didn’t show up at all, we would really like to hear about it.

This also applies if something hasn’t worked as expected at the station, bus terminal, bus stop or if the condition of the vehicle or the service from our staff didn’t meet your expectations.

And of course, we would also love to hear from you, if you have any compliments or good suggestions on how we can make your journey even better.
